General Conditions of Sale (CGV) - Beresheet
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Beresheet and any person making a reservation for a stay on the Beresheet website. Any reservation made on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the customer.
1) Dates and place of stay:

2) Flight and transfer:
a) Prices do not include flight.
b) Transfer from Split airport to the hotel is included in the price.
3) Payment of your vacation:
Registration for the stay involves the payment as a deposit of an amount of 50% of the total amount. No reservation is completed and final, and does not bind Beresheet without payment of the required deposit. Payment of the balance must be made no later than 20 days before departure. No room key will be issued until full payment has been made.
4) Cancellation conditions:
If you had to cancel your stay:
- From the day of payment of your deposit until one month before departure: 30% of the amount will be retained.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 50% of the amount will be retained.
- Less than 10 days before departure: 100% of the amount will be retained.
5) Insurance and assistance:
It is advisable to take out cancellation, assistance, repatriation, health, hospitalization, medication, baggage, legal and civil protection, civil liability, or other insurance with a competent insurer, such as Axa Assistance, Mondial Assurances, or Europ Assistance. .
6) Modification or cancellation by the organizer:
In the event that, before departure, the trip is modified on essential elements by the organizer due to circumstances which are not attributable to it or for reasons inspired by interest or security, the latter may terminate the trip. reservation by returning all amounts paid.
7) Modification or cancellation by the participant:
a) Any modification to the initial order, less than 30 days before the departure date, will be considered a cancellation and will incur the same costs.
b) Any trip interrupted or shortened by the participant for any reason whatsoever will not give rise to any refund.
8) Dates, times and programs:
Beresheet reserves the right to modify or cancel the date, times and/or program of the stay at any time without any compensation.
9) Damage:
Any damage observed in the hotel will be attributable to the persons held responsible. We advise our customers to have civil liability insurance.
10) Rules of life:
Participants undertake to respect the hotel's rules of conduct. In the event of serious misconduct, theft, disturbance, etc., these people will be excluded from the hotel without claiming any compensation.
11) Flight:
Beresheet declines all responsibility in the event of theft of money, valuable items, loss, theft, or damage to your luggage, or any personal effects, during your stay.
